What happens to your pension money in the event of death? Will the money be forefit to the government? Would a widow be paid a widows pension?

If anyone has some information about this, it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Your closest decedent will have to file paperwork to have the funds dispersed to them. It can be done from outside of Korea.

Shocked

"An individual who has died. The term literally means "one who is dying," but it is commonly used in the law to denote one who has died, particularly someone who has recently passed away." - http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/decedent

Did you mean closest living relative (descendant)? Or, simply family.
