.. for Résumé��s, Cover Letter's and References? I already have a good idea of what I am gonna do, however, a few unique tips wouldn't hurt.

And please limit the sarcasm in your answers if you plan to do so! Wink

I recommend simple, clear language. Most recruiters are not native English speakers. Make sure you include what they want to know about, education, experience, your age, and what you look like (the picture). No school will think of hiring you without see you first. Also, include when a good time is to contact you for a telephone interview.

No matter what people say about hagwans, do not treat this job like it's a joke. Make sure you proofread everything and state your purpose of employment in your letter. Do not talk about anything you have done that is irrelevant to teaching or mentoring someone. If you're going to send in a photo, make sure you look neat. Neat as in not sloppy, not as in cool. Very Happy

and don't be surprised if the man or woman who hires is a native speaker of English.....Katydid is right about proper grammar, etc.

One more quick question. I will be sending my cover letter and resume by express mail. Should I also include my references with the other two documents or should I state at the end of my resume that references will be delivered upon request?
