Your local 'soo-pa' often has them.
Or just ask your building guard. |

The local dong office sells them. They will register your address and come pick it up once the rubbish is outside with the sticker. |

Dong office is the primary place to go, but there are a few other options.
Some supermarkets/other shops will sell them, however most will not. You can probably find a list of locations on your local government website.
Also these days most cities will allow you to pay for and print the label/sticker via the internet. Once again, check your local government website. |

Thanks for the replies. I'll try online and at the local supermarket. My big problem is that I work every day from 9-6, so it's hard for me to get to places like the dong office. Hopefully, I'll be able to figure out a convenient alternative. |
