Do you have to buy it at a community center or can you get it elsewhere? I live near Kyeongridan if that matters... Thanks for your help!

Your local 'soo-pa' often has them.

Or just ask your building guard.

The local dong office sells them. They will register your address and come pick it up once the rubbish is outside with the sticker.

Dong office is the primary place to go, but there are a few other options.

Some supermarkets/other shops will sell them, however most will not. You can probably find a list of locations on your local government website.

Also these days most cities will allow you to pay for and print the label/sticker via the internet. Once again, check your local government website.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try online and at the local supermarket. My big problem is that I work every day from 9-6, so it's hard for me to get to places like the dong office. Hopefully, I'll be able to figure out a convenient alternative.
