I'm going home from Oct 1st- Feb 1st. I'm looking to rent out my LARGE loft located right outside Songnae station. The price of rent is only 500,000 and key money is only 500,000. The utilities usually run around 120,000. That price includes the management fee. Its a great area since its so close to public transport. Im two mins from Songnae express blue line station. I'm five mins from several red express buses to Seoul. The apartment is open for showing as of Sept 26th. No animals are allowed.
