Hi,

Where do I go in Seoul to exchange my Canadian drivers license to a Korean drivers license. I already have a copy of the notorized form from the Canadian consulate. I live near Itaewon. If anyone can give me a link of where to go to change my drivers license that would be great.

you can go to Kangnam driver's license test center.
