Even though I vastly prefer Apple's products to Samsung's - using the government to crack down on your competition is pretty lame, I gotta say... Apple's products should be able to stand on their own, and if they can't, then it means the consumer has chosen. The same goes for Samsung or any other company.
These legal tussles do not benefit the consumer. I notice that even though Apple's products are very high quality, they are a tad overpriced. Maybe some fresh competition (whether "slavishly copying" them or not) would change that. |

How can Samsung claim Apple copied Samsung technology when they haven't even see the phone yet? Or have they? |

This Samsung-Apple thing is the next Dokdo.
Go away please.
Like Dokdo, there has to be some solution where people can mutually profit through money laundering and bribes. Get on with things... |

It'll go away soon as Samsung beats Apple to the bunch and comes up with something of its own.
In other words not in this lifetime. |
