I'm going up to Daegu this weekend and need a place to crash near Banwoldang Stn. Anyone know of a decent jjimjilbang or love motel?

| You might be better off around Daegu Station. Banwoldang is mostly shops and restaurants. These 2 stations are not far from each other. |

Yes. Daegu Station is 2 subway stops north of Banwoldang on Line 1, but you could walk the distance in 15 minutes.
To the right of DAegu station, there is a Jimjilbang with a neon palm tree out front. To the left of the station are some love motels. |
