I tried to hit silent. I just got this phone recently off another foreigner. I tried to put it on silent when someone rudely called me at 7:22 a.m. My realtor, actually. Long story. How do I fix this without buying a new phone?

I really don't understand this, and don't know where to begin. Are you planning on changing your service provider? Do you want to run apps outside the app store?

Adventurer instead of pressing the * key he locked his prepaid phone.
He doesn't have the unlock code. Very doubtful it's a smart phone.
(That's why his user name is "adventurer" one adventure after another!)

Adventurer: Try 0000 or the last four digits of the phone number.

In Korea, yes, one adventure after the other. Hey, it was 7 a.m., and I don't normally get dumb calls at that time. On my old phone in the U.S. that wasn't a lock button. Anyway, I did try 0000 before reading this, and it worked. I was sittin' in the cab after having tried many combinations, and something sort of said to me "Hey, you didn't really look into using zeros", and then I hit zero four times, and it worked. I didn't actually think about it, it was like as if it came to me. That was cool. I knew I'd crack it somehow.

Thanks, guys....
