| I believe a post has been made about questions being asked in the interview, but I want to know other people�s experiences from the moment they had the interview, to the contract being offered- How long did it take? Did they ask for a decision within a few days? Have a lot of people had an interview and not been offered a contract? |

In person or over the phone?
How soon does the school need a teacher? ASAP or months away?
These all factor into it.
In my experience with hagwons, if the position is starting ASAP, they often offer you the job on the spot and expect an answer immediately. |

typically you get the contract offer the next day, unless you interview on a Friday then it is usually on Monday. They usually want a decision within 2-3 days. I have had no contract after an interview and I have had a contract sent to me and then after a day was told someone else was hired. If the school wants to fill the position asap, they usually offer same day. |
