I make cheese and have alot of whey left over. In fact I've got more than I can actually use. I freeze it and try to use it up but I've still got several bottles of the stuff. You can drink it, make a shake, cook with it, whatever...
I'll give it to you for free if you come pick it up. No need to spend 90,000 won for the stuff in a can. |

At the moment he makes cheese almost every morning and sometimes during the week. Sunday evenings are the best time to pick it up. I can send you a message. |

Sadguy you are right but a gallon of whey is 16 cups. That's 8 grams of protien which is a good supplement for people like me who aren't body builders. But even for body builders they could cut down on the amount of processed powder they are using. Plus whey had many other vitamins. You can even feed it to your cat or dog. They love it! It gives them shiney coats. |

8g in a gallon is not a good supplement. That's not even worth drinking that much to get 8g.
You can get raw vegan hemp whey protein that hase 20g per scoop. The stuff bodybuilders use has close to 35g per scoop.
You'd be better off with an egg white omlette. |
