I live in Gangjin and was considering buying a scooter. Does anyone know the laws of the road pertaining a scooter? I am looking for no lower than a 100cc. Thanks

I have a 125cc. You need a license. I also have registration papers though I'm not sure if they're needed. (I made sure they were given though as it's the only safeguard to the thing being stolen). Do I have a license plate? I haven't checked. Do I need insurance? Who knows... I haven't bothered yet.

So, to sum up, I have no clue but it doesn't really matter. Just jump on and have fun.

Have fun paying millions of won in fines and damages when someone hits you, even if you were not at fault.
