Furnished room for rent in small two bedroom apartment in Mia-dong in Seoul (15mins north of Dongdaemun area).

My boyfriend is looking for someone to take the second room in our house since I am now spending the majority of time based in the UK.

The room is available from October 1 and we are interested in rents of at least 3 months.

It is an apartment in a three storey house. It is 15 mins walk from Mia Station on line 4 and 2mins from very good bus routes to the Daehangno (Hyehwa station), Jongno area, Korea University, and Apgujeong.

There is a kitchen and bathroom but no living room. and we have a washing machine, fridge, small oven-toaster, microwave, rice cooker and wifi.

It's not a modern apartment and it's small, which is why the rent is cheap, but it's clean and hot water, heating etc works well.

The apartment is in a great area, still has a lot of traditional Korean charm but is also 15mins from E-mart and there are Pizza Schools and Paris Baguettes in the area as well as lots of really cheap, delicious Korean restaurants. It is also 10mins walk from the southern most point of the mountains in North Seoul, so great for hiking.

My boyfriend is Korean, but speaks pretty good English and has lived with non-Koreans before. Rent is 200,000won a month plus share of bills and internet.
