I just finished my contract with Astrill.com, and decided to try another VPN. I had been sort of satisfied with Astrill, but things seemed to go downhill for me with the service, as of late. The Open VPN no longer worked half of the time, as of about a few weeks ago.
So I decided to try 3 months of Strong VPN. It's only been 1 day, but WOW, what a difference! Night and day! I watched a movie in HD on Netflix last night, and it buffered to total clarity within about 30 seconds instead of having to indure pauses and a blurry picture. Really impressed with Strong, and won't be returning to Astrill.
I was wondering, for those of you who use Strong VPN, what package do you have, and how does it work with your provider? I got the $21 3-month package (non-Open packaged). Do any of you feel you need the Open VPN to get to use Torrents, for example? |
