|
|
For an online class I am taking, I need to read some documents on the US National Center for Education website: http://nces.ed.gov/
Specifically, I need to see this page:
http://nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/
From firefox I get a blank screen and explorer says "cannot display the webpage".
I thought maybe it is because I am international, but other students in Philippines, China, and Singapore can see the website. I can see every other website just fine.
Can anyone else here in Korea see that NCES website? Maybe there is some link down between Korea and the US government websites. I don't have peer block or any other blocker running. Any idea why a government website would come up blank for only me?
Thanks, |

I found a way to get to the website by logging into my neighbors wifi (thanks!).
Very strange. Two computers of mine won't load that website (desktop and laptop). But my laptop on my neighbors wifi loads it fine. Somehow my IP or my provider is blocked to accessing that website. |
