Hi Everyone,
Looking again for some advice on what to do for an 11th month firing. Who can I go to for help?
I have a letter stating I'm being fired for financial reasons, but that the company is happy with my performance, etc.
Short of going to court, I'm not really sure who I can contact - the labor board doesn't seem like they are able to help, the labor commission is useless.

If you got more than 30 days notice in writing your only option is a civil suit - the labor law was complied with.
LOR and transfer or head elsewhere/home.
