I've heard that there is a Foreigner Festival going on this coming weekend. Does anyone know any information about this event?

| There is a Foreigner Festival every weekend in Itaewon with such activities as "drink yourself farther into debt", "punch your best friend in the face", "You wouldn't understand" and "Oh my God ,it was amazing, then I was like yea and she was like uh huh, Oh My God, you guys, this is totally amazing. Awesome!" |
