I can't vouch for this company personally but haven't seen any other offering this kind of service. Maybe with the foreign population continuing to increase we'll see more companies like this but, anyway, on the surface it looks ok.
Basically join this and you can pay from your bank account in your own name rather than pay as you go or use a Korean friend's account.

| Dunno; this could be an option for people in the country illegaly (i.e., no ARC). Otherwise, you can get cellular as well as landline service with your own ARC and bank account with no need to friend's accounts or whatever you're talking about ... |

| I don't know Snuf, many of the major phone companies are pretty leary about foriegners and their service. |
