Hello,
I quit my job after 29 days. Does the school still have to pay the recruiter fee? I thought I remembered that the recruiter was only paid after at least 1 month of work by the teacher. Thanks in advance |

Good.
Maybe Koreans will one day realise that preferring to hire 20 year old newbies rather than experienced people is not exactly the smartest thing to do. You are helping them in this long wrestle with logic. Well done. |

You shouldn't have to. Normally the recruiting agency will "guarantee" a teacher for a set amount of time. Maybe 3 or 6 months, sometimes longer. When the recruiter does this, they are saying they will give a replacement for no additional charge.
Unless it's written in your contract, you are not responsible for it. It's an agreement between the hagwon and recruiter. |

Typically the school did not pay the fee yet or if they did the recruiter will have to pay it back or replace you for free.
You do not have to pay a dime and it has no bearing on you. |
