I�ve had KT for the last couple years and had no problems until yesterday. I haven�t installed anything new and keep my computer clean of malware. All of a sudden, yesterday late afternoon my internet connection became unstable. It doesn�t stay connected for more than a couple minutes and if it is connected it is incredibly slow. Tried resetting the modem and driver update and nothing, same problem going on 24 hours now. Anyone have any ideas? Does the KT English hotline work for tech support or sales only?
According to the lights on the modem, everything should be okay, but it�s not. |

I've had trouble with them myself, when trying to play Warcraft 3 on a macbook. The tech support said since I used mac, that was the problem  so after five months of that BS I took my business to LG
I believe they don't have tech support in English. I tried but they didn't help, had the wife fix everything (in Korean) |

| I called the 1588 8448 number and it turns out you can press 2 for English speaking tech support. Didn�t fix my problem, but at least they are sending out a tech tomorrow morning. |
