Hi all,
This is a 1-room officetel located right in-between the Hansung University subway station and the Sungshin Women's University Station (line 4). It's about a 5 minute walk to either station and there's also a large city bus/airport bus station very close to the building. I still have a few months left on the contract but have already moved out. I'm not looking to sublet but if you're looking for a new place and you sign a new contract we can both avoid the real-estate agent fees.
It's a 10 million won deposit and 500,000 won a month. Air conditioning, refrigerator included, coin laundry on the 9th floor of the building. There's also a parking lot in the basement if necessary. Its about a 5 minute taxi ride to Hyehwa station or a 20-25 minute walk as well.
