What are some of the best/most fun things to do in Jeju?

The 3 top things I've heard so far to do are:

1) Climb Hallasan mountain
2) See the lava tube caves
3) Check out the sex museum

If you only had 2 days (Sat/Sun) in Jeju, what would you do?

Can you you recommend any good hostels in jeju city?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Take a ferry to Udo Island from Seongsan on the east coast and rent a bicycle (available at the ferry dock) to cycle around it.
Hike one of the many sections of the Jeju Olle Trail.
