Hey everyone:

I just recently got to Seoul, and I'm having a pretty awesome time. I do have my challenges from time to time, but I'd say I handle most of them with ease.

I'd be curious to hear what are some of the biggest challenges that everyone here has had with the application process and/or teaching in general. For me, I'd say that it's classroom management and piquing the student's interest in learning English.

I know that it's a big of a vague post, but I'd be curious to see what the most common sticking points for people on this board.
