I'm considering quitting my job. I'm currently in month six. How early can I transfer my visa? Month 8 or 9? |

you could have done it months ago. The 6 month rule is no longer the law under the new e-2 regs
The hard part is giving adequate notice and getting that LOR in your hand. |
