Do most Public School jobs (including EPIK) and University jobs in Korea have return airfare compensation included in their contract?
Are there some University jobs where airfare is not included? I'm curious how common that is.

| It all depends on the offer. If I got a high paying job, I might look past the airfare since I am more likely to just stay in the country. |

The majority of hagwans still prepay the airfare.
The majority of public school jobs either reimburse the airfare OR give an inbound relocation/air allowance.
MOST university jobs do NOT pay airfare and many do not provide housing or a housing allowance.
