[SMOE NSET]

I just received the notice that I have to renew my F2 visa. I checked the immigration office site and just wanted to double check, with others that have done it, what I need:

1) Passport/ARC
2) Application Form
3) A Korean marriage certificate
I have the original one from when I first applied. Can I use that? Or, does it have to be recently printed?
4) A resident register of spouse
So, basically proof of residence from my wife? How do we do this?
5) Reference of spouse
Just a reference? My wife does not have to come with me when I renew?
6) Fee

I plan on going early to the Suwon office without a reservation. What time do you recommend me arriving there so I can be first in line when the office opens?
