I was wondering if anyone could shine some light on what the Korean etiquette rules were regarding giving follow-up calls to applications.
I know that each country has their own general rules and standards related to that, and I was never really able to pin down Korea's since I mostly worked through recruiters and not direct hiring managers.
In my own experience, following up with recruiters was key to help me get noticed or I would otherwise be left in a whirlpool of e-mail applications.
What do you think about following up with direct-hire positions? |

I'm only posting cause I would love to know about the way they do this. Thanks for asking. |
