Has anyone used http://www.usauthentication.com before? Apostillepros i have heard to be reliable but they are located in california and get it done there. I want it done in DC from the DOS.

US Auth.. just moved to a new condo, they operate from their condo, so call them to make sure of the new address. It's on their website. You might send to their old condo and if no one is there, your document might get lost.
