I got my current visa with a FBI check last March. Do I need to send off for another one if I am planning signing a new contract this coming March? It will not be with the same school.
if you're extending your current visa (which I believe you can do even with a change of employer) then you should be fine.
However, if you need to get a new visa, then you'll likely need to get a new FBI check.
Though if I were you, regardless of what anyone tells you on this forum, call immigration and verify all the details with them.
