I previously lived in Suwon and I know of 2 groups on Facebook:
English Teachers in Suwon Area
Suwon Newbies!
Search for them in the facebook search bar, Neither are massive but its a start. |

| It also has an FB page, just search for "The Big Chill Suwon". It's near Paldalmun (South Gate), but you might need directions from there. |
