For sale is a Blackberry Bold 9700. It was originally used on Rogers in Canada but is unlocked to use on SK Telecom. The keyboard has also been changed to the one with Korean characters. It has wear and tear but is still in decent overall condition (phone works perfectly). It also comes with the Canadian wall charger and an adapter.
Pick up in Gangnam near Seolleung station (line #2) before 7 pm or near Suseo station (line # after 7 pm.
200,000 KRW

Hi, sorry to hijack your thread, but would you happen to be willing to share how you got this phone to work in SK? I have the same phone and would love to bring it over, but I was under the impression that they don't allow foreign phones to register on Korean carriers.
On another note, awesome phone, gl with the sale! |

Thanks the phone has been sold.
You just have to call your carrier and ask them to unlock the phone. Then you bring it to South Korea to SK Telecom and get a sim card which from what I remember was around 10,000 KRW. You get a plan (55,000 KRW for unlimited data is what I got plus 5,000 KRW for BIS), then you're good to go, contract-free. That's it. |
