i know 퇴직금 needs 365 days continuous employment for an employee to be eligible but what about contract nenewals?
from march 2nd 2010 ---> feb 28th 2011 was my first contract (364 days)
then i re-signed a new contract for march 2nd 2011 ---> feb 28th 2012
in between is 1 day where i was not under contract, does this mean i haven't been working continuously even though i've stayed in the same school?
i'm not sure my boss is smart enough to think of this but could it be a potential slipping point?
they've already said they'll pay, but i want to double check..
