Proposal: Change the way representatives in the House are elected. Base representation on income level. That would incentivize the 1% to spread the wealth so they could have more representation.

Pfffft, more middle class representation would be good so as to act as a check against the power of the wealthy, but the poor?

Why would I want a bunch of people who know nothing about making money making decisions about how to make money?

Should we have education policy be reflective of the academic level of America? Should someone illiterate be making decisions about schools?
