KEB Being Bought Out?

KEB has been in the news recently about a possible take over from Hana Bank. I also noticed they had a "rally / demonstration" downtown that mimicked a strike, ceasing a lot of their daily operations on 11/08 and 11/09.

I'm a very happy and loyal customer to KEB and would hate to see them bought out.

Does anyone have any information additional information about their possible future? I'd hate to see this bank go.
