OK how do I do this. I got a cyon phone and it came with a USB cable but I doubt my english version of Windows XP will have the driver files for it.

Install the drivers, although many cell phones don't need computer access to download new tones, games, etc...
I too have a cable for my KTF phone, but going online, I have found that it can all be downloaded using the phone itself to connect to the network.
WinXP will support the drivers, but there is no software to communicate with the telephone via the computer anyways. If you download a file to your computer, there is no software to transfer from your hard drive to the phone. At least, I haven't found a way, and I am pretty savvy with computers. |
