I had a SKY smartphone on a 2 year contract. I was 6 months in. I just lost it last night.

I couldn't read the phone contract because it was in Korean, but is loss/theft usually covered and what should I do now. I try phoning it, it rings but nobody answers. I can afford to replace it, and the same phone might be cheaper because its now older. Should I cancel the service, could someone exploit it? It has no SIM slot.
