|
|
Hello. I'm looking to buy a Wii here in order to play Zelda. Are console games in English here?
Alternatively I'm thinking of buying a U.S. version Wii with U.S. versiong ames on eBay and having them shipped here. Do you guys know if Korean televisions are generally compatible with U.S. consoles?
Last question ~ will a Wii purchased in S.Korea run a U.S. version game?
Thanks. Trying to cover all my options. heh |

No, there are only a few games here but all are in Korean.

I knew someone that brought theirs over and it supposedly worked.

They are the same format (NTSC) but not sure. Why not just hack your Wii and you can play any game from any region?[/b] |

Wiis are region locked and cannot play other regions' games. Korean Wiis can only play Korean or Japanese games. I have a Korean Wii and it's soft-modded so it will play 'foreign' games.
As for using a US Wii, they use standard composite or component cables so that won't be a problem. |
