I don't remember. An interview may or may not be required, but if they say they require transcripts better send them in, if not don't worry about it. |

the consulates have websites in english with the required documents, if it is still unclear, just send them. Better safe then sorry. sending in a second prepaid traceable envelope is a big one though. Just shove it into the envelope containing all your paperwork. That way you can track your package. Costs about $10 extra. |

Hello, I wanted to ask what type of payment do they accept?
I have called almost 20+ times today and no where on the website are they clear about this. For this who sent their documents in by mail, did you give cash? |

I couldnt reach the LA consulate over the phone, but I called the SF one and they sent me a PDF saying to use cash, a money order, or a cashiers check (not a personal check.) Although I actually havent sent my documents in since K-immigration is taking forever to issue my number. |

I checked all over website + google and I think that was the best answer I got. Also since I see no Credit Card form (similar to the FBI background check) i'm assuming they only accept cash.
Thanks. |

I went to the Consulate in LA in person to get the F4, and I swear they had no one there that spoke English. My girlfriend (who is from Korea) had to do all the talking for me, and to me. So maybe mail is the better way to go. |
