I know the first answer is use a US proxy.
Setting up proxies was a huge headache for me. First off, I'd have to constantly update the proxy list, and secondly, it slowed my internet.
If I could, I just want to setup a way jsut to watch Hulu.
Anyone know an easy solution? |

Google turns up a bunch of people saying to set up a VPN using this:
http://anchorfree.com/downloads/hotspot-shield/
Or you could always get a usenet account and download the shows on that. |

Just download from torrents. You're already looking for a way to circumvent the copyright restriction preventing you from streaming the video legally.
Virus concerns aside, why not just download the show? |

You'll get a better selection and better download speeds with usenet than with bittorrent (http://www.tvnzb.com/shows) but yeah, if you're the kind of person that likes to just watch whatever random stuff is on, then I guess that wouldn't be for you. |

Bittorrent isn't always viable away from home. |

Just a bump on this. I'd been trying to manually do proxies and use web proxies to NO AVAIL. Found this post (thank you GOOGLE) and with a few clicks got the Hotspot Shield, and it works like a mutherfuking charm! I'm so happy i could run around squealing like a middle schooler. Hulu and Crunchyroll i hear come! |

Dude thanks so much for posting this. It does work great, already streaming the latest Daily Show right from Comedy Central, tried it with Hulu and abc.com with no problems. |

I watch Hulu with HSS, but I've pretty much stopped now as the only things I watch regulary on it (Daily Show and Colbert) can be streamed region free from their home sites. And for sitcoms, Surf The Channel is pretty solid. |

Hey thanks for that HSS suggestion... it's amazing (although the ads are a little annoying... but so worth it). |
