Just booked my ticket to sydney for early feb where i have a friend living there. We plan to rent a camper van and get into some nonsense. I'm not really crazy about tourist stuff as i am just mingling with the locals and checking out cool beaches (since it will be summer!). Anyways, Should i head east up to brisbane and the gold coast? Or do west toward melbourne and adelaide?
I heard that it's possibly rainy season in queensland during that time -- that would be a bummer. Thoughts? experiences with renting a camper van? |
