1 set of 2x2gb (total 4gb) 1066 ram 32,000 (aka PC3-8500)
Running lion on 2gb? See a difference with 4gb. Might stop you from switching back to snow leopard. 
Macbook prior to the unibody models will need ddr2 type ram.
Works with Windows laptops as well. (check your computer's ram specs online to verify compatibility.)
