I am teaching a class of four elementary students once a week in a Hagwon and have a very hard time at teaching them English.

Some issues are that they have very little concentration, interest and motivation. The youngest student is very energetic and has a hard time sitting for more then five minutes. One student is extremely shy and basically doesn't speak while another is very dominant and rude to his classmates.

The most success I had from a teaching perspective was when I let them draw a monster or their dream house for themselves while I was going from student to student for 1 on 1 talks.

However, I would appreciate some hints how I can make my classes more interesting.
