E2 renewal - Physical - How current must it be?

Does anyone know how current the physical must be for E2 re-newels?

My school has scheduled mine already but it will be over 3 months old when I renew.

I fear it might be too old come March 1, 2012 and I will have spent the money for the physical for nothing....
