Hi, Just wondering if anyone has experience of applying for this from here in Korea.
My wife is Mexican and needs to go back to Mexico for a few weeks, we would rather do this through Canada than the USA.
The info I have found says that it must be done from country of residence which is Korea at the moment and she has her ARC, but then I have found other info which says it must be done in Mexico.
The only other options are flying back through Europe which will cost a bomb and be inconvenient, or fly Tokyo to Tijuana and then on to Mexico City from there which also costs a bomb and has very limited availability. |
