No way that's a US chain. No western country would call a chain 'FATburger.' |

The one in Hollywood is fantastic!
They also had one in Eagle Rock (about 20 minutes north of Downtown Los Angeles) for a bit. Then it changed to Mat Burger. |

Wow, after looking at those pics, and especially the beautiful outdoor area, I just cant help but get the feeling that after its initial "lets check out the new restaurant" phase, it will go belly up.
Hope I'm wrong, but I just cant see the posh lifestyle folks around there making that kind of place a regular stop. Mr. Big burger joint opened up in a huge place next to the subway station at the end of the line were literally thousands of college students exit and wait for buses for something like 7 different universities, and made it all of about 8 months before moving out. Sadly, now that place is yet ANOTHER Tour Le Jours.
Good luck to you Fatburger. Hope you are still around when I get up to Seoul again. |

Love it. Americans know one thing, and that's greasy fatty DELICIOUS FOOD.
Korea will love it!
And maybe learn how to make a decent burger in the process (someone really needs to tell that to whoever makes those disgusting 7/11 burgers.)
FatBurger isn't some lousy burger chain, this is one of the best! |

So it finally opened? Every time I've been in the area recently I would see Fatburger and the sign always said "opening soon" or something to that effect. |

To be fair, it's a chain that could only exist in liberal enclaves where the hipster irony will hit home. |

Haven't y'all heard of the Heart Attack Grill?
It's a small chain that started in Arizona.
Their spokesperson, a 400+ lbs. guy died about a year ago. |

You seem about as clueless about Fatburger as Floating World.
Fatburger is often in ghetto locations like Compton and Inglewood. The people who own Fatburgers include Magic Johnson, Montel Williams, E-40, Pharrell, Willie Anderson, and Orlando Brown. It's owned by blacks and is often marketed towards blacks. |

Simply not true... they're spread in more places than you might think. They used to have shops in Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach.
I've seen so many burger shops being shipped here to Korea (Johnny Rockets, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.)... do we really need another one? |
