Hey,
Curious about my chances of getting a Uni gig- BS in Psych, tons of work experience, including ESL tutoring in the States and 2 years in a public high school in Korea
thanks |

You usually need an M.A. and you usually need to apply from within Korea. If you're currently in Korea then you might have a decent chance, if not then the odds are probably against it. |

Yeah, in Korea atm. The problem, though, is that my contract ends at the end of March. Protocol seems to have the new hires come in on the 1st of March.
Also, I'm a gyopo with some Korean behind his belt. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. |

Most university jobs I've seen begin on March 1st so I think it'd be unlikely that you could land a university job starting in April. However, maybe some teachers will pull out/do a runner so you never know. |
