I'm hoping someone could help me out. I'm looking for a nanny starting at the end of December or beginning of January. I'm kind of in a tough spot as the baby's too young to go to daycare and I have to go to work.

So, if you could recommend anyone I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
