Need advice on a resume format that would be university job-friendly. I have 2 out-of-date versions of mine.

2 pages:
Name and Contact info
Profile
Teaching Experience
Education
Information Technology Skills
Relevant interests

3 pages:
Name and Contact info
Profile
Teaching Experience
Education
Information Technology skills
Publications
Conference Presentations

Anyone with useful advice or an online template, resource etc. I could follow? Thanks.

I would go with number 3 for a proper university CV / application.

You may want to keep the "profile" very, very brief or move it to your cover letter.
Experience in reverse chronological order.
Education from highest to lowest, keep the IT skills section very brief (unless you are applying for an IT intensive position (teaching in the education technology center as an example)). Basic IT skills are a given in today's workplace.

For anything else, number 2 is adequate.
