Can somebody explain how the 현금영수증 system relates to our year-end tax returns? I know that the 현금영수증 can only be applied to business-related expenses, but I was wondering if everybody is eligible for a return. In my case, my salary is taxed at a rate of 3.3% and, I believe, I'll actually owe some money at the end of the year. Can I still get a tax deduction through 현금영수증?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Too late to start now for this year, but sign up and get ready for next year....

FYI I had ~2% tax deducted as an employee of a PS. For the last three years, with the cash receipt, credit card purchases and car insurance deductions, I have been getting refunds ranging between 500 and 850k.
