Has anyone had a chance to test the new Kyobo e-reader yet?

I love my Kindle to death and I was really excited about the mirasol technology (color e-ink), but it seems that the screen on the Kyobo e-reader is glossy... Kind of defeats the purpose, if you ask me.

For me, the issues are:

1) Yes it has color, but they're not that spectacular yet. I expect Mirasol technology to improve (and become cheaper). As it is now I'm paying more than $100 more for a semi-color screen.

2) It runs on Android but I assume under a Kyobo Bookstore layer. I just wonder how friendly that would be for foreign customers, especially if they want to buy (or download) books from other sources and read them on their Kyobo e-reader. And how would rooting work with it?

3) I dont think it offers 3G. The Kindle's "free", worldwide 3G access is great. I dont use my Kindle to play games, but it's nice to be able to check my email or read the news when I'm traveling abroad.
