| I just got my US CBC in July and got a 6 month contract, replacing a teacher who was leaving early. Now my school wants me to re sign in March. Do I need to get another CBC, even if I havent returned to the US at all? I'm not sure what the latest laws are for renewing. |

no.
for an extension you need:
ARC
passport
application
fee (30k won)
new contract with end date clearly indicated
letter of guarantee (sponsorship form)
(copy of) the business registration.
Takes about 15 minutes after you get to the counter at immigration.
